How can a person even out their skin tone?

I've gone for at least 2 years with minimal exposure to sunlight so I could pale out. I've worn pants and some form of jacket no matter what the weather, but my legs and 3/4 of my arms turned red (it's not itchy), and it's embarrassing. Would using skin whitening cream help me get rid of this? Note: Skin moisturizing creams and vitamins don't help. How can a person even out their skin tone?
Hi,

Use a tinted moisturiser. Yes, it does contain tanning agents but so very few that rather than making you tan, a tinted moisturiser would give you a natural and healthy glow, and help to even out your skin tone as well.

On your face, you could use a light foundation, or again a tinted moisturiser.

if you can feel the blotchy parts of your skin, it's drying out..even water causes dry spots. typically though, those spots would be white if that was the case. if you cannot feel the blotchiness, i'm not sure if whitening cream would help; you may have a skin disorder and a doctor would be best to seek assistance from.
Skin whitening creams do help. My cousin used to use it and it worked. (but she would only put it on her face, so her face was lighter than the rest of her body lol) And maybe try going to a spa and ask them if they can even your skintone or something

Good Luck.

You're skin tone won't ever be completely even. Just try using some foundation to blend it in.
