What are these white things under the skin of my testicle?

You know how you can pull down that skin and exposing the meat inside. I found something that look like white paste. It sticks in between the meat and the skin inside. Once you roll if back you, you down see it. It doesn't bother me or anything. I am just wondering what that is. I'm 16 by the way. Thanks. What are these white things under the skin of my testicle?

you can roll back the skin of your testicle? i hope you meant penis, meaning you can pull back your foreskin. i don't have to much experience with that seeing as i don't have a foreskin. however, if that's what you meant, it's called smegma. it's just junk that builds up in there over time. just wash it out regularly and you're fine.
segma

Smegma comes from the greek word for ';soap'; (which had about the same consistency in these days) and describes the residues of the sebaceous glands, dead skin tissue, urine and sperm, which form a white to lightyellow substance under the male foreskin. kinda like cottage cheese.

The cheesy substance that forms underneath the foreskin of a penis.
Those are pockets of dead white blood cells - like puss.

They're pretty much harmless.

The larger ones you might be able to press out, but don't overdo it and risk getting infected.
Under ur testies? I belive that isn't anything at all just the insides lol, nothing to worry about..
