Help i just found out that i have a mole on my face. It's dark, small and flat. But i don't think it's considered a beauty mark since it's on my cheek and i hate it. I just got it and i have no idea why.

Moles are clusters of pigmentation in the skin. When you come into contact with UV light (the sun or sunbeds), this pigmentation is excited and starts moving to the surface of the skin. This is what a tan is and why it fades over winter, when you don't get as much exposure to the sun.
As for the comment, it might be skin cancer, forget it!! That's just scare mongering. As long as the mole stays relatively even in colour and shape, you should be ok. Just keep an eye on it. You won't be able to get rid of it, so I suggest you just do your best to ignore it. Sorry!!
