What foods can you eat to get rid of spots and have glowing skin?

And please be precise. Don't just say fruit %26amp; veg, I already know that lol but what kind of fruits are good for the skin AND also any foods that are good for the eyes?What foods can you eat to get rid of spots and have glowing skin?
foods rich in antioxidants.





herbal teas (especially green)


good fats : fish, avocado, nuts, peanut butter (fish oil is good for skin and hair)


bee pollen ( sprinkle on food , salads)


berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)


carrot juice FOR EYES ( VITAMIN A )

Anything with vitamin A and antioxidants. Carrots, citrus, broccoli... Drink plenty of water,





Washing your face everyday with a good facial scrub will help a lot too, by getting rid of dead skin; and, if you have age spots, you need to use one of those products on the market that removes them, although it will take time.





And remember that nature has not played fair in either the number and quality of its gifts. Just as some people can eat just about anything and never gain weight, some people just naturally have shiny, glowing, healthy skin and hair whereas others don't.





I don't know what your personal situation is, but you can improve on what you have and be ';the best that you can be,'; but don't expect miracles.
Carrots are great for your eyes.


Berries are good forr your skin. (strawberry,blackberry,blueberry,etc.)

Well you probably already know that carrots are good for the eyes, but somthing else you could do is not eat choclate and drink more water. That is what my mom tells me. X D

Avocado is good for skin. Carrots and cucumbers are good for eyes. Wolfberries are great for general health, and are good for skin, eyes.


make a skin scrub out of sugar and honey. exfoliate gently, wash off, enjoy glowing skin. cucumber slices go on eyelids... very good results!

Having lovely skin doesn't always count on what you eat though, you need to exfoliate regularly and moisturise daily. Once you have a good routine going for your skin then what you eat is just added on.
*Broccoli is VERY good for your skin, especially you have acne problems.

*Garlic is a natural antibiotic and will help relieve skin bacterial infections


*Also, lime juice is good is a natural aid for healthy skin.





The use of orange or tangerine juice has also been found valuable for a glowing complexion, like you were asking.





Almonds, yogurt..you name it, just eat bout 5 vegetables or fruits a day, and it will keep your skin as healthy and natural as possible, trust me.





If you want good skin, keep away from soda and fried food.





Some fruits which are really good for your skin are bananas and oranges, try drinking freshly squeezed juices, they are very healthy for you.
i read cucumbers are good for the skim if you eat them a lot.
