What kind of skin care do you do on your skin?

I usually try to moisturize my legs and arms, and then I do ProActiv or some other face wash on my face.What kind of skin care do you do on your skin?
just put lotion on my arms and legs after shower to seal in moisture..i put extra care on my toes and hands and i want them super soft..as per my face, just wash it with a baby soap before i sleep and apply a lemon cleanser afterwards put a moisturizer..
