What type of skin products work best for oily sensitive brone to breakout skin?

Start with a gentle cleanser, like Clean %26amp; Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser for Sensitive Skin, Olay Sensitive Skin Foaming Face Wash, or Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skin. Wash your face once in the morning and once at night, but don't scrub or pull at the skin.

The best thing to use for cleansing the pores is a good BHA exfoliator. It's a liquid that actually exfoliates the insides of your pores, and does it in a way that is very gentle on the rest of your skin so that it doesn't trigger breakouts. (Everyone's skin is different, so that's not a guarantee, but I have very sensitive skin, and I've never had a problem with it.) It's a method that is recommended by skin care specialists and is considered vastly superior to surface scrubs. My blackheads disappeared in a couple of days, and since my pores are now empty, they look like they are tighter.

The most reasonably priced BHA I've found is Clearasil Acne Fighting Facial Moisturizers ($3.99), but there are many others including Neutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Defense Face Lotion ($7.99) and Paula鈥檚 Choice 2% Beta Hydroxy Acid Liquid ($15.95).

To keep zits away, use a Benzoyl peroxide product. Now, here's the catch: cheaper products come in 10% concentrations, which may be too harsh for you, and there are more expensive 2.5% and 5% concentrations. I would strongly advise trying Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne Treatment Vanishing Formula 2.5% ($6.75) before moving onto the stronger Clean %26amp; Clear Persa-Gel 10, Maximum Strength ($3.49).

Do NOT overwash your skin or put food products or toothpaste on it -- food products cause more bacteria to grow in your skin, resulting in worse acne, and toothpaste will dry it out, yet for some reason, people on y/a insist on recommending these things.

(Also, beware anyone who tells you that Arbonne is the best and to contact them about it. They are Arbonne sales reps who come on here trolling for people to sell to so that they can earn a commission!)
