Probably stage makeup, put on by professional make-up artists. They look good on TV, but in real life they probably look caked in make-up. Good lighting also probably helps. Also, some of the kids haven't even gone trough puberty....and the ones that have, probably see the best dermatologist around.
They might have good skin anyway but a lot of the time they use airbrushing where they can make practically any changes they want to a person.
Probably some kind of specific makeup.

All tv does that lol. They probably use make up of some sort because they got like hair and make up people for that.
they put tonnes of make-up on them and then shine super bright lights onto their faces
