My dog seems to have more skin in his man area. I've just noticed this in the past month.Why does my dog have extra skin in his man area?
If he is neutered it could be because this is his empty scrotum. It shrinks on some dogs, but on others it will just hang.Why does my dog have extra skin in his man area?

My cocker spaniel has extra skin all over. When he sits his little tummy is hanging that's normal.
