How do you change a sims skin tone without downloading anything?

I do not want to download anything, mostly because i don't understand how to download it to the sims 2 cd. I have sims 2 deluxe.How do you change a sims skin tone without downloading anything?
press Ctrl-shift-c and put this

then go to make a family then when ur there press


shift-n


then where the skin tones are click on the star looking thing and from there u could pick different types of skins





u could take of the cheat by pressing


shift-m
