What are the average costs for skin cancer removal in dogs?

My 11 year old shih tzu has sin cancer on his upper, inner thigh. It is slightly smaller than a golf ball. What would be the average price for removal? What are the average costs for skin cancer removal in dogs?
It depends. Since it was diagnosed as a skin cancer, ask your vet for an estimate. It's hard to give you an average price as each vet sets his own fees. In this area it would run around $250-300 which would include IV catheter, fluids, a safe anesthetic protocol, monitoring, histopathology, the surgery itself, pain medication, and aftercare. What are the average costs for skin cancer removal in dogs?
Depends on a lot of things -- your geographic area, if you use a regular vet or a specialist, and what sort of cancer it is.

I've paid a few hundred for simple removal tumors by regular vets and $2,000 for the removal of a mast cell tumor by a surgical oncologist. Just depends on a lot of factors. Best consult your vet and ask straight out.
It would depend on where you live, how deep the cancer is..... Would probably cost about $300 where I am, but could cost much more elsewhere.
It depends.
