I use a microfiber cloth for the exact same problem. This will remove all the dry skin and leave it smooth. I get my microfiber cloths at the dollar store, but im sure you can find them pretty much everywhere.

What to do about dry red skin in the two side creases of nose?
I've had this since I was a small child. It's dry and sometimes flaky, just in the creases in between my nose and cheek. Is there any possible way to get rid of this? It doesn't cause me discomfort, (no itching, pain ect.) but it's just annoying to see.What to do about dry red skin in the two side creases of nose?
