Is it possible to have tanned skin without causing damage to it?

I personally feel that I look better and feel better when I get more sun... is it possible to have a tan and not get skin damage? and no, im not going to apply any of those products to my skin that are ';Fake tans';.Is it possible to have tanned skin without causing damage to it?
yeah samme here but sorrrrryyyyy =[ theres no way unless you use self tanner products but some tanner products work really well like if you go to bath and body works they have really good ones that look so natural on you and it lasts a long time..including a lot of showers taken =]Is it possible to have tanned skin without causing damage to it?
No, tans are dead skin, and they are damaged. If you don't want a fake tan, then you will have to stay pale. However some fake tans aren't that bad, like that Jergens slow tanning moisteurizer
No. A tan itself is your skin producing melanin in order to protect itself from the sun. A tan means it is damaged.
not really. when you get a tan the dark skin is where the melonoma has been burned and spray tans are all chemical which is not good for your health
