Lots of breakthroughs come out of there because they conduct clinical trials as well as orthodox, state-of-the-art therapies.
I had a Mohs procedure done for basal cell carcinoma at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. They did a great job--no recurrence and its been 3 years.
